Refund policy

What's your return policy?

We want you to love your products as much as we do! But if for any reason you’re not happy with your order we accept returns for 30 days from date of purchase. Items must be unused and in the same condition they arrived.

Unfortunately we cannot process returns for lost parcels without tracking and order details — so please make note of your tracking and order numbers.

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at info@skirmish-mats.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
We cannot accept returns on gift cards.

Exchanges
Please contact us at info@skirmish-mats.com, and let us know you would like to make an exchange.

Refunds
We offer no questions asked refunds on undamaged items within 30 days. Once the refund is processed, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
