Sized for a scene
Greathelm is played on one sheet of A4, so that's the size we made these mats.
Cut to the scene
Every mat is A4 (8.3 x 11.7"), the play area Greathelm is built around. It goes down where the paper used to be.
Two scenes per mat
Each mat is printed on both sides. When the fight moves on, flip it or reach for the next one.
Art at true scale
Every side is printed at true scale for 28mm and 32mm miniatures, so cobbles, cart tracks, and hoofprints sit right under your knights' bases.
Every side, up close
Open fields and outdoor fights on one set, town, cathedral, and the mines on the other. Add your own terrain and each side becomes a different scene every game.

Highlands
Thick upland grass with pale rock outcrops running across on a diagonal.
Mat 1, side B
Forest Floor
Dark woodland ground, leaf litter and twigs. Add trees and you have a forest.

Swamp
Yellow-green marsh with stagnant channels winding between mossy hummocks.
Mat 2, side B
Mud
A churned strip of mud and straw covered in hoofprints. A tilting ground, or any road the horses have torn up.

Cobblestone
Fan-pattern cobbles worn through to dirt in places, grass growing between the stones.

Cathedral
Pale flagstones and a crimson fleur-de-lis runner.

Mineshaft
Three cart tracks running the full length of the sheet over packed earth.

Questions
What size are the mats?
A4, 8.3 x 11.7", the scene size Greathelm is designed around. If you've been playing on US letter paper (8.5 x 11"), an A4 mat is a touch narrower and a little longer.
What are they made of?
Neoprene, printed on both sides, so every mat gives you two scenes.
Can I buy just one mat?
The mats are sold in sets. Scene Set 1 and Scene Set 2 each have two mats ($44.99 each), and the Complete Collection has all four ($79.99).
When can I order?
We're finishing production now and don't have a firm date yet. Sign up above and you'll hear the moment they're ready.
Do they only work for Greathelm?
They're designed for Greathelm, but nothing is printed on them that ties them to one game. Any skirmish game played on an A4 or letter-sized area can use them.
Is Malev involved?
Yes. Malev created Greathelm, and these designs were made together with him for the game.
