How much does shipping cost?

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

When will my order ship?

Orders are typically processed within 2 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. 

Please note that processing time may be a bit longer during big sales or high volume periods, but we'll get you your mat as soon as possible!

What are your shipping rates?

Domestic US orders over $99 ship for free

Do you ship internationally?

We offer limited international shipping to some countries. Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout, including VAT where applicable.

How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status.

What's your return policy?

We want you to love your products as much as we do! But if for any reason you’re not happy with your order we accept returns for 30 days from date of purchase. Items must be unused and in the same condition they arrived.

Unfortunately we cannot process returns for lost parcels without tracking and order details — so please make note of your tracking and order numbers.

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at info@skirmish-mats.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition.
