The material is thick and seems durable. The image on the mat is clear and vibrant. I have seen before where mats are kind of dull or sometimes too shiny, this is not the case here. If you checking the reviews to see if there is anything negative to say there is not. If they keep making new mats I will likely keep buying them. I am impressed.

The mat quality is just like other cheaper mats you can buy, sure the design is nice, but not worth it. This map does not have stitched edges and is looking like it will fray at any second. The material is light and thin. The mat does not come with storage or a bag!! How hard is it to include one?? More expensive mats, expensive shipping. Honestly, not worth the price. I will not be buying from this company again

The mats are 1.5mm thick and indeed do not have stitched edges, as clearly described on the website.
In five years we’ve never had any reports of fraying or had any trouble with our own mats we play on, but if you run into any issues please do reach out and we’ll get you sorted.

I found these guys via Facebook and ordered it on a whim, and very glad I did. It's made of mouse-pad material and is more comfortable and just generally way better than the vinyl mats I’ve found in the past. The design and artwork was one of the main selling points and it's perfect for my Sisters of Battle. The colors look just like pics and are more saturated than I expected.
