Had some confusion on my end, Robby was super kind and helped me out right away. Got the mat in just a few days as promised and I am loving it! Thanks, dudes !
Bought 2 industrial zone mats and they are great. I have them setup side by side to meet the requirements for the newer 40k battlefield size. I can remove one mat and use 3d printed deployment tools to setup terrain for smaller skirmish games.
I ordered my 36x36 inch, industrial battle mat about two weeks ago. Shipping was fast and final product was great. My only issue is that when I started placing terrain on it I realized that it wasn’t a full square. Upon measuring I saw that my mat was 36x35.5 inches. As half an inch is a big deal in any small skirmish game, I emailed customer services and asked if there were any options to replace and I have not heard back.
If it wasn’t for that last little bit I would give this product 5/5 stars.
Hi Joseph! Thanks for your review. I don’t see anything from you in our email so something must have gone missing, sorry about that. We’ll follow up with you directly to get things sorted!
Industrial Zone Mat
The mat looks great. The print has great detail and the color values are perfect (not too bright, not too dark and muddy. Only complaint is that there was no protective case or tube for the mat, so it arrived loose in a stand post office long box. It showed up a complete mess. The box was open/damaged in places and completely folded over and crushed. While it’s hard to blame Skirmish mats for how USPS handles shipments, they could protect their awesome mats like their competitors do.
